We are very happy to announce that York Ceramics Fair 2025 will be again hosted at the iconic York Racecourse. This bright and open venue ensures ease of access and on-site parking for guests.
The Craft Potters Association always curates a strong line up and this year is no exception with 69 exhibitors confirmed, from all over the UK.
The event is selected and run by and for the makers, and our aim is to provide an unpretentious and affordable platform that nonetheless showcases only the finest makers working in clay today. No commission is taken on sales, and this is a chance to buy directly from the maker and support the sector.

It's just over three weeks to go until the start of the fabulous York Ceramics Fair!
Keep your eyes peeled for our ads on the buses in and out of York, and if you get a chance please snap a quick photo and send it to [email protected].
It's easy to get to the racecourse and there is plenty of free parking on site if you plan to drive.
Bus no. 4 will take you to the end of Knavesmire Road, Bus no. 11 will take you to Campleshon Road and it is a very quick taxi or Uber ride from the railway station.

Throughout the weekend we will feature a number of informal sessions where some of our exhibitors talk about and demonstrate techniques of importance in their work. Check the Demos and Talks page to see who will be demonstrating and when!
The demonstrations will take place on the first floor (up the stairs and turn right) and are included with your ticket – no need to book.
