My work reflects my love of clay, exploring its endless character and challenges. I fire with wood and gas as a live flame continues to motivate and inspire each making cycle. My work evolves as the relationship between glaze and clay body is catalyst to the development of future work, encouraging the natural flow of glaze, flame and form. My intention is to produce pieces that please the eye visually and enable further visual intrigue when put into domestic use.
