Stephen Murfitt

The pots I make are hand-built and Raku fired. Influences are diverse and evolve from a fusion of visual elements observed in the natural and built environments. The effects of weathering, erosion and decay provide a constant source of reference. The drama of the firing process is reflected by the forms and results in pieces which are completely unique.
